James E. Corbin, 87, of Akron, Colorado, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2018 in Greeley, Colorado.
James was born in Hanover, Kansas to Harold & Marjorie (Donahue) Corbin on October 16, 1930. James served honorably in the United States Army from 1952-1954. On July 8, 1951 in Arnold, Nebraska, James married the love of his life, Rose (Rader) Corbin.
James is survived by his wife; children, Victoria Young, and Tamara Campfield; grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Heather), Jeremy, Justin (Becca), and charity (Travis) Young, Brianne (Jerad) Shivers, Tiffany (T.C.) Colvin, and Shalana (Zach) McCann; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; siblings, Robert (Genie) Corbin, and Patricia Gayle; and a large loving extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kent Corbin; and 2 brothers.
A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Resurrection Fellowship Church, 6502 E. Cross Roads Blvd, Loveland, CO 80538.
