Yolanda Ramirez, 73, of Greeley, went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2018 in Greeley.
Yolanda was born in Uvalde, Texas to Isa & Anita (Martinez) Trevino on April 28, 1945. In 1955 after the passing of her parents, Yolanda was adopted by her god parents, Jose & Maria Maldonado.
She was a hardworking, loving mother to all family members. She loved spending time with her son and grandchildren. She enjoyed family gatherings, dancing, traveling, gambling and cooking. She was selfless and will be truly and deeply missed by all.
Yolanda is survived by her son, Michael Ramirez Sr.; grandchildren, Michael Jr., Layla, and Aundre Ramirez; siblings, Naté Gonzales, Lillie Martinez, Luis Maldonado, Inez Maldonado, Maria Dacus, Alice Fontes (Marcelino Fontes), Arnulfo Hernandez (Trina Hernandez); and a large loving extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; godfather Jose; 2 siblings; granddaughter, Angelica Ramirez; and nephew, Cruzito Cervantes.
A Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. on Friday November 30, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace, 1311 3rd St, Greeley, CO 80631.
Im so sorry for your loss, Yolanda was a very strong, beautiful woman. I remember going over there to help her clean because I was her caregiver at the time. she would always send me to carl's jr for her hamburgers I will always have that in my heart. Sadly missed but never Forgotten!
