Chris was born in Fort Collins CO, to Donald & Ione (Hall) Salzman on July 16th, 1964. He grew up loving to play baseball. As a teen, Chris loved nothing more then to play baseball and work on his muscle cars. At the young age of 16 he meet the love of his life Marilyn and they were married August 20 1983. Over the next 10 years Chris and Marilyn would go on to have 3 beautiful children Christy, Jacob, and Kaity. Chris loved to go fishing and camping with his family. They shared many adventures over the years. He loved animals. He was always talking for them especially, Pepper, Puppy and Honey.

Chris was a real jokester and he was quick to play a prank or share a funny limerick. He treasured spending time with his family and enjoyed playing with his 3 grandchildren Zoe, Joshua, and Mattie! On Sunday January 13th Chris Salzman passed away unexpectedly in his home in Greeley CO.

Chris is survived by his amazing wife Marilyn; beautiful children, Christy and her Husband Monty Ambriz, Jacob, and Kaity Salzman; grandchildren, Zoe, Joshua, and Mattie Salzman; mother Ione; 4 siblings Bill, Randy, Tracy, and Louise. A dear aunt Daleta Trueblood, and a large loving extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father Donald; and grandparents, Perry & Pauline Hall.

A Celebration of Life will be at 1:00pm on Monday, January 21, 2019 at First Congregation Church, 2101 16th St, Greeley, CO 80631.
