Mr. Spencer was a wonderful teacher and one of my favorites. Music class was always an enjoyable time. When I began coaching Track and Field for Platte Valley High School Mr. Spencer came out several times to demonstrate the Hammer Throw to our student athletes. It was amazing to see his athletic ability, strength and of course his positive way of teaching.
