Obituary of Victor Manuel Martinez

Victor M. Martinez 51, of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on December 25, 2021 in Greeley. Victor was born in Roswell, New Mexico to Manuel & Mary (Otero) Martinez on October 7, 1970. Victor was known as a hard worker who was always trying to help others in need. It was said that Victor never met a stranger, because he would talk to anyone, and leave as friends. He was always happy to "take that cup of coffee” from anyone who offered it! Victor loved spending time with his family & gambling at casinos, playing bingo, card games, etc. He was a diehard Raiders fan all the way to the end. Victor will always be remembered as a loving, free spirited man. Victor is survived by his siblings, Vincent, Ruth "Rufus”, Virginia "Gina”, Jesse, and Joe Martinez, Marisol Medina, and Eric Martinez; brother-in-law, Paco Zepeda; and a large loving extended family ranging from Colorado, New Mexico, & California. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Rosemary Zepeda; nephew, Jonny Martinez; Aunt, Juanita Lueveno; brother-in-law, Nathan Gallegos; and grandparents, Victor & Rose Weimer.
